    Wholesaling Made Passive is a first-of-a-kind partnership program similar to the traditional Active-Money Partner structure found in JV agreements. In this case, Deals Estate will be the Active partner, running the entire Wholesaling campaign operation, whereas you, the Investor, will be the Passive partner funding the campaign.
  • How is Wholesaling Made Passive different from traditional JVs?
    Both strategies are very similar to an Active/Money Partner concept. However, one difference is that with JVs, you are partnering on an actual asset (a property), while with WMP, you are partnering on a business outcome.

  • Can you explain in detail what value your business provides?

  • Why would I not do this myself?
    You can run your campaigns yourself, but working with us will be your most optimal option. We firmly believe in the Rule of Seven and help get you there at the lowest cost.
  • What is the Rule of 7?
    The rule of seven says that the prospective buyer should hear or see your marketing message at least seven times before they buy it from you. While you can achieve success by sending your flyers seven times to the exact location, we, on the other hand, can get you there with a combination of high and low-cost marketing strategies, thereby making your total cost of acquisition lower.
  • What is the investor requirement for WMP?
    An investor looking to join the WMP program will be required to fund one of the multiple campaign tiers that we offer for a minimum of 3 months. This minimum period requirement enables us to lock down price rebates with our various suppliers to provide value to investors.
  • Does the minimum period apply during the initial pilot phase?
    We firmly stand by our request for a 3-month commitment; however, we will waive this requirement to the first 10 Platinum investors who sign up for this pilot. Once the pilot period is over, the minimum periods would automatically kick-off.
  • How long is the pilot period?
    The pilot period spans three months. The first ten platinum investors do not need to adhere to the minimum duration requirements during these months.
  • How much do the 3 tiers cost?

  • Is your 24h call answering service actually work?
    Yes, it does all day, every day. We also offer a guarantee. For any calls missed during the pilot program, Deals Estate would forfeit its commission from that lead.
  • How do investors get paid?
    Each investor gets a tracking number for each of their flyers. We can track which lead came from which number to pay the investor accordingly. Investors also have location exclusivity, so we know which investor is funding campaigns in that region if a lead is from a specific location.
  • How does Deals Estate get paid?
    We take a share of the net proceeds from the wholesale deal. i.e., if the net proceeds (after expenses) are about $50,000, then the $50,000 is split according to the agreed structure.
  • What is the equity share of this partnership?
    Deals Estate shares part of the upside of every deal through the investors tracking number.
  • What is follow up automation?
    Follow-up automation enables us to consistently follow up with leads in a highly structured and process-driven way. Our highly repetitive system ensures we are top-of-mind for sellers.
  • Is wholesaling the only exit that can be done with this program?
    Not at all. One of the advantages of this program is your exclusive right to choose how to exit the property. If you decide to wholesale the deal, there is a split for that. If you choose to flip the property or hold the property, there is also a split.
  • If I want to exit the deal alone, is that possible?"
    Most definitely. If you choose to either wholetail, flip or hold the property alone, you can trigger the buy-out clause to buy our interest in the deal.
  • Are there any Return on Investment / Cash on Cash guarantees with WMP?
    We can guarantee the processes that lead up to the desired outcomes for investors. A higher number of flyers delivered, lower missed calls, more extended follow-up periods lead to a higher business outcome.
  • How are the profits calculated and split?
    After all expenses (initial campaign costs, COGS) are re-paid, we calculate and split the profit.
